[Planning] Free/Block calendar in case of early rental return

You can now choose whether or not to release the calendar in the event of an early rental return. 

This option offers great flexibility to users of our car rental platform. It allows them to optimally manage early rental returns.

Step 1: Go to Rental > Rental schedule.

Step 2: Select your dates and click on "Free calendar" or "Lock calendar".

This can be particularly useful in certain situations.

Here's a concrete example:

• On the one hand,if your customer has planned to use the car for a weekend move, but finishes earlier than expected, you may decide to free up the calendar to allow your customers to reserve the car on the remaining days.

• On the other hand, if at the agency you plan to use the car for a special occasion in the next few days, you can choose to keep the calendar blocked to ensure that the car remains available for you. This option gives you peace of mind of knowing that you can use the vehicle without worrying that someone else will reserve the car during that period.

In short, our calendar blocking option for early rental returns offers greater flexibility to users of our platform. Whether you want to share your car with other members or guarantee its availability for a future occasion, this option lets you take control of your rental and tailor it to your needs.
