[Schedule] - Set rental schedule dates

In just two clicks, you can set the display parameters for your rental schedule to match reality as closely as possible.

You will therefore have two choices for organizing your rental schedule on Fleetee Manager synchronized with Fleetee Check :

Vehicle availability

The first setting is to choose whether or not to modify the availability of your vehicles based on the dates and times of the inventory.

Examples:

• The rental was due to run until midday today, and the customer tells you that he won't be returning the vehicle until this evening. You don't change the rental contract due to lack of time, but the inventory of fixtures to be carried out in the evening will modify the schedule by extending the rental until the evening.  

• In the same way, a customer who picks up their vehicle the evening before, even though the rental was scheduled to start in the morning. Your 12-hour early check-out will activate the update of your schedule. 

View your schedule

The other setting is a general choice between displaying the rental schedule by inventory date or by rental contract date.

For the first setting, you can choose availability according to the dates and times of the inventory of fixtures, and then generally organize your schedule by rental contract date. These elements will be important for you when analyzing your figures, and in particular your vehicle occupancy or turnover rates.
