You asked for it, Fleetee did it! Fleetee Check's "Prepare" button will revolutionize your daily routine. The aim: to save time and deliver a better customer experience. Take a quick look at how you can optimize and anticipate your inspections and key handovers with your customers.
On your Fleetee Check application you will now see 3 different buttons:
- Departure, which appears on the day the keys are handed over to the tenant,
- Prepare, which appears 24 hours before the keys are handed over to the tenant,
- Return, which appears after the keys have been handed over.
This new "Prepare" button will enable you to anticipate the departure of your vehicle and pre-register certain information before the arrival of your tenant.
In fact, you can enter the number of kilometers, the fuel level or even photos of damage already noted before the keys were handed over - and therefore not the fault of the future tenant.
The photos are taken by zone of the vehicle (visible below).
Once this information has been entered, it is saved and when you return to the "Departure" stage, it appears as you entered it during preparation.
