Creating and managing your rental invoices has never been easier. Here are the new features that will simplify your invoice management.
Our aim? To simplify your everyday life. It's with this motto in mind that every feature has been designed.
Rental form
From now on, the rental form will be more detailed and transparent. The presentation is in this order:
- Rental amount (price per day x number of days)
+ packages
+ mileage allowances
+ deductibles
+ options
In each case you now have the amount before and after tax.
Are you unsure about the VAT rate of your product? You have the little "i" next to your VAT.
Discounts: personalize them as you wish
You can choose on which element you want to apply it: the rental amount, an option - it's up to you!
Also important information: discounts apply only to amounts exclusive of VAT and no longer to amounts inclusive of VAT.
Once you've created your rental, you can continue by adding a deposit.
When you register one, the deposit invoice is easily generated.

A new button also appears, the rental invoice button, which lets you invoice the items on your rental form.
The balance invoice
Does the customer add options after the rental invoice has been issued?
The " Create balance invoice " button appears when a difference is detected between invoiced items and rental items.
It allows you to bill only unbilled items.
Return costs
On the way back, a dirty vehicle, missing fuel ... Unfortunately it happens!
Thanks to the return fee, you can now invoice these items at the end of the rental with pre-filled amounts that are added to the balance invoice, which will finalize the rental.
