FAQ

Do I need to enter my credit card details to take advantage of the free trial?

Yes, this allows you to activate the full 14-day trial safely and seamlessly: your card allows us to unlock all features without restrictions and prevent fake accounts; you will not be charged until 14 days later and can cancel with one click at any time; if you like Fleetee, your subscription will start automatically without having to re-enter your information; finally, payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS, 3D Secure) and Fleetee never stores your card details.

Am I committed if I sign up for the free trial?

No, during your trial period, you are not committed and can cancel at any time before the end of the 14 days to avoid being charged. After that, if you decide to continue with Fleetee and have chosen an annual subscription, you are committed for 12 months.

How do I cancel before the end of the trial period?

To do so, go to your personal account, then: My account → My offer → Cancel my subscription. Cancellation is instantaneous and you will not be charged.

If I cancel, will I still have access to Fleetee until the end of the 14 days?

Yes, you retain access to Fleetee until the trial expires, with no charges.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial period?

If you have not canceled before the end of the 14-day trial period, your subscription will automatically become active. You will then be charged the amount of the selected plan.

When does billing start?

The first invoice will be issued at the end of the trial period (D+14) if the subscription has not been canceled before then.
